Windows Service Pack 3 OLE Issues

After installing service pack 3 for windows XP, I can no longer activate OLE object that are stored within a module. The OLE's can not be activated after exporting to Word or Excel either.

I know this is probably Microsoft related, but so far they have not been much help so I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this behavior.
